Strong horse handling and riding skills. Knowledge of equine behavior and body language. Familiarity with saddling, bridling, and harnessing techniques. Basic equine first aid and health care. Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions. Good physical strength and stamina. Teamwork and communication skills, especially with vets and trainers. Passionate and patient with animals. Experienced in show grooming or competition prep.
