Bio
I am currently looking for a part time position I can commit to while I study for my entrance exams into the professional practice course for solicitors. Having previously owned a retired TB racehorse it would be a privilege working at the farm.Qualifications
LLB law degree.
Duties of Current Occupation
Volunteered to muck out, clean paddocks, grooming, holding for farriers, turning out, blanketing, de-blanketing, etc. Pole work/courses with my TB.
Equine Work Experience
I adopted a retired TB who had just come off the tracks, as the rider who had bought him, couldnt afford to keep him. I spent time with King Mo everyday - he had severe kissing spine so he was in pain, so was seen as a mean horse. I softened him a lot just by loving him and not expecting anything back from him. We became very good friends. He taught me a lot - I have learned all the above mentioned skills from my time as his guardian. This was when I really fell in love with horses, and now I crave stable/stall smells and the sound of clipping on blankets under the horses bellies in the cool autumn afternoons.
