Italian freelance filmmaker with a background in the horse industry in the UK and Germany. Passionate about horses, travel, nature and animal welfare. Looking for a summer experience abroad to reconnect with horses and live immersed in nature.

Equine Work Experience

Over the years I had the opportunity to work in international Thoroughbred operations such as Shadwell Stud and National Stud in England, where I gained hands-on experience in breeding, foaling, rehabilitation, handling young horses and general stud management. I also worked in training and breeding environments in Germany, such as the Gestut Lewitz, part of Pferdehaltung Paul Schockenmohle GmbH. I studied Equine Science at the University of Parma, with a specialization in horse breeding and management. I also completed the Diploma in Thoroughbred Stud Practice and Management at The National Stud in Newmarket (UK).

Specialities

Horse care: grooming, clipping, plaiting, bandaging. Exercising: lunging, flat work, riding. Handling stud and young horses. Stable work: feeding, mucking out.
