Bio
ISO instructor/lecturer position for flatwork, dressage, seat training, basic jumping. High work standardðics, quality service&excellent communication skills. Experience in organising events/seminars for various levels of riders/horses.Qualifications
Level 1 national dressage judge. FEI Level 1 Coach. BSc Equine studies (Writtle College,UK) 2004: A Levels in Business st.,Psychology,Russian language (Lansdowne College,London). Speak English ,Lithuanian, Russian, Danish, some German.
A lot of experience in retail as general mananger of a company: sales, management, staff training and excellent client service.
Duties of Current Occupation
Instructor (seat training, correct basics,up to Medium/Advanced dressage), LTU1* dressage judge, training clients' horses (in hand/lunge/riding), organise dressage competitions, various seminars, clinics. Holistic approach to training.

- 14-now Lithuania: FEI Level 1 coach, Dressage Committee member at Lithuanian Equestrian Federation, LTU1* dressage judge, organise dressage events&competitions; develop own seminars/clinics on training/riding,
- 13-14 Lithuania: instructor at JSC Lithuanian Stud, largest stud in LT, teach private/group lessons,all ages&levels, day to day management of riding school, school lesson horses, bring on youngsters.
