ISO instructor/lecturer position for flatwork, dressage, seat training, basic jumping. High work standard&ethics, quality service&excellent communication skills. Experience in organising events/seminars for various levels of riders/horses.
Qualifications

Level 1 national dressage judge. FEI Level 1 Coach. BSc Equine studies (Writtle College,UK) 2004: A Levels in Business st.,Psychology,Russian language (Lansdowne College,London). Speak English ,Lithuanian, Russian, Danish, some German.

A lot of experience in retail as general mananger of a company: sales, management, staff training and excellent client service.

Duties of Current Occupation

Instructor (seat training, correct basics,up to Medium/Advanced dressage), LTU1* dressage judge, training clients' horses (in hand/lunge/riding), organise dressage competitions, various seminars, clinics. Holistic approach to training.

Equine Work Experience
  • 14-now Lithuania: FEI Level 1 coach, Dressage Committee member at Lithuanian Equestrian Federation, LTU1* dressage judge, organise dressage events&competitions; develop own seminars/clinics on training/riding,
  • 13-14 Lithuania: instructor at JSC Lithuanian Stud, largest stud in LT, teach private/group lessons,all ages&levels, day to day management of riding school, school lesson horses, bring on youngsters.
  • 07-13 freelance instructor in Lithuania,Denmark,Sweden, organise dressage events, participate in seminars, clinics.
  • 02-07 UK: A Levels,BSc Equine Studies (Writtle College), part-time exercise rider.
  • 98-02 Lithuania: rider&groom for Andrius Petrovas(LTU National SJ Team), LTU SJ trainer, Master of Sports, Kestutis Natkevicius & National level dressage trainer/judge Ruta Saboniene, compete SJ at National level.
  • 95-98 Denmark: ride&groom riding school/private livery horses, assist pony lessons.

Main focus on correct lunge/ground work as well as solid basics, responsiveness to aids, and developing toward higher levels of dressage, while ensuring health and well being of the horse, as well as good ground manners.

Competition Details

Competed in showjumping (up to 1.2m) and up to Medium dressage competitions.
