Administrative work, communicating (via mail, phone,) and meeting with clients/partners, scheduling meetings, invoicing

I have been riding since 2008. Starting at riding school, I have worked with fresh off-track thoroughbreds (re-schooling them), endurance, dressage and show jumping horses and later I bought my first horse in 2019. I also have worked as a part-time riding instructor in riding school with riders from complete beginners to advanced for 5 years. I have also helped as a groom at several competitions. I follow the "quality over quantity" approach. I have mucked out my share of stalls, too. I was working part-time for few months as a stablehand, in exchange for riding lessons and then board. I have basics in equine first aid.

I'm hardworking, responsible, loyal, determined, and I try to be as helpful as possible. When I'm told to do something, I do it right away. I do not shy away from physical work, I'm quite strong :) I take care of every horse as if he/she was my own. I always try to get to know the horses I work with well, and I choose individual approach to each one of them. I’m very pedant about having horses well-behaved when being handled by either groom/vet/farrier etc.

I have experience in dressage riding up to L (Second) level, and jumped up to 100cm so far. I have usually worked with green horses, “corrected” school horses, or exercised horses (fitness work/flatwork). I have worked with only few young horses, I do not have much experience with them but I’m very willing to learn.

I have gone as help/groom with my trainer to several competitions for the past 4 years. My responsibilities were grooming, tacking up, bringing horses to my trainer and then taking them from them (sometimes to switch with another horse) and taking care of them.
