I have volunteered at a riding school since I was 9, grooming horses, helping out in lessons (leading beginners, setting up jumps), mucking out stables, general sweeping and tidying, haynets, turning horses in and out, and preparing feeds.

I have 2 horses- a welsh section D mare I have had since she was 3 and broke her in, I also have a 9 year old arabian mare with whom I do endurance riding. I take them on hacks in the forest frequently.
