Equine Work Experience
Had my own horses for 10 years competing in show jumping and eventing (low level). I also held various stablehand roles from small stables (4 horses) with predominately mucking out duties to large stables (40+ horses) with a wide range of duties, including being the lead barn-hand on roster. I also have experience volunteering at shows (including grooming, tacking up, setting up arenas, etc.), and I have been an unofficial instructor for children’s lessons.
