Duties of Current Occupation
Currently a manager at a local coffee shop, responsible for leading a team, customer services, ordering and health and safety. Previously a groom handling horses of all ages, sexes and abilities and dealing with clients. Previous NHS receptionist.
Equine Work Experience
I have been around and owned horses since childhood and have been lucky enough to have experience with a wide range of horses including youngstock and stallions in a number of different disciplines.
Specialities
I am a highly organised individual capable of working independently or as part of a team to a very high level. I take great pride in my work and aim to provide exceptional customer service in all circumstances. I have more than 25 years of customer service experience over a range of roles, some customer/ client facing and some telephone based. I am a horse owner myself and consider myself to have good equine knowledge based on ownership over the last 30+ years.
