Prefer flat work/hacking. I do quite a bit of teaching too.

I currently work in a riding school which also has liveries. Don’t let this put you off we regularly get freshly backed 4 year olds to build up. I prefer ground work but will ride. I have plenty of equine knowledge and frequently deal with vets, farriers etc at my job, normally left to work solely. Currently at uni so part time and no weekends required as I work at the riding school on weekends and will not be leaving.
