I hold 7 Standard Grades and 17 SQA National Units at a mixture of Intermediate 1 and 2. I am currently studying BHS Stage 1.

My main job is caring for a younger sister with special needs as the place she usually goes to get care is closed as part of COVID 19 restrictions. At the horse sanctuary, I catch and groom the horses and ponies and I help at the riding school,

I have begun riding horses at 8 I continued riding until age 11 but sadly I developed an illness that affected the lower legs. Since my illness, I have ridden on and of due to caring duties and jobs getting in the way. When I go to the Horse Sanctuary catch my role is to catch horse horses, give them a groom and attention. On the day of the children's lessons, I catch the ponies, prepare them, such as groom, tack them up and untack them at the end of lessons and turn them back out. At the my first pony lesson I tell the children about the ponies and teach them how to groom, pick their hoofs and teach them what the brushes are called

I would say one of my Specialities is I get on really well with people.
