While I don't currently hold formal equine qualifications, I am actively expanding my knowledge and skills. I am currently completing an online course in equine psychology to deepen my understanding of horse behaviour and welfare. I also have extensive hands-on experience through years of riding, horse ownership, and yard work, which has given me a strong practical foundation.

I've ridden a wide variety of horses, from green youngsters to experienced older horses, adapting to different temperaments and training needs. My experience includes flatwork, dressage, showjumping, cross-country, prix caprilli and showing. I am confident in schooling horses at different levels and enjoy helping them progress in their work.

I have competed in low-level showjumping, dressage and showing on my own horse, gaining valuable experience in preparing and managing horses for competition. I've also previously volunteered on a dressage yard, where I regularly acted as a competition groom - assisting with turnout, warm-up and post-ride care. This gave me insight into the demands of competition environments and the importance of calm, efficient support behind the scenes.
