Abigail Rowlands Eventing- YARD WORKER May 2018- August 2018 A part-time summer role working independently using my own initiative being left solely in charge of a horse yard, responsible for the care of elite level eventing horses, organising daily routines of turn-out. Quainton Stud- HEAD GROOM May 2019- August 2019 A full-time summer role working independently left solely in charge of professional show jumping horses, overseeing the care of all horses as well as riding young horses.

I have owned and cared for horses almost my whole life. As captain of the Myerscough BUCs team I am a competent rider and have experience with a variety of different horses schooling on the flat and jumping. In my spare time I enjoy competing my young warmblood at British Newcomers level, when I have more time (and money) I wish to move him up the levels. I have been accredited to being a 'brave and effective' rider by international trainer Ernest Dillon.
