Pony Club C+ Test and work experience

Morning and Evening duties - Mucking out, haying, watering, daily care, Grooming Managing riding school Exercising and schooling New Forest Ponies for showing Exercising Point to Pointers Helping out with Kids days and Pony camps

I have been riding since age 6 (17 years). I am currently based at a riding school and livery yard in the New Forest which brought variety to everyday duties - from managing the riding school, exercising and schooling both on the forest and at home, prepping ponies for shows and competition, working with Point to Pointers and youngstock. I was a stable hand for Lo Wu Saddle Club, Hong Kong for 4 years which also involved retraining ex-racehorses from off the track to competition level. I also have experience with working with kids on pony camp through the Hong Kong Pony Club and managing children and ponies at early stages of competition.

-Work with reschooling ex-racehorses and young thoroughbreds to competition level -Organising a busy riding school with only a small team - i have good time management and team skills -Efficient in daily care - mucking out, haying and watering in a timely fashion, good attention to detail -Exercising Point to Pointers -Good with difficult horses

-Eventing -Schooling young horses -reschooling ex-racehorses -very happy to try my hand at different things

I have competed in Dressage and Showjumping at lower levels in Hong Kong (up to novice level dressage and competed at 1m-1m10) - mainly on thoroughbreds I have brought on since retirement. I evented for 5 years (up to 1m-1m10). I also have some experience as a competition groom in Hong Kong.
