Studied equine studies at BCA that I qualified with a Merit in level 3 year 2 BHS ride safe BHS Stage 1

I own a thoughbred which I am currently training. I’ve studied equine studies for two years and have now qualified, I also have my BHS Ride safe and BHS stage 1.

I have worked at two yards previously one being a charity yard that helps with children and people with disabilities and the other yard being a livery yard, and a stables at a hotel which I exercise the horses when not being used and take guests out on them.

Good with all clients with all disabilities, children and adults. I’ve also got experience working in retail so working in a team and dealing with customers. I’ve also worked with a variety of horses including foals, thoroughbreds, retraining a horse that was a ex racer, also riding a variety of horses and confident on hacks, flat and jumping. I’m quick and efficient at all yard chores and very confident around all horses.

I do flat, occasionally jump and hack. I have ridden a variety of different horses from young to old and stiff, lazy and speedy, and small and big horses.

I’ve competed two dressage tests and one jumping competition at BCA. Also have organised a jumping competition and ran it at BCA.
