I studied equine at sparsholt college for 3 years . level 2 technical Certificate I received a merit overall and was successful in the following 6 modules :

Equine care synoptic assessment- merit Health and safety for land base industries-Pass Anatomy and physiology- merit Riding -merit Level 2 equine care theory exam - Distinction . Employer involvement- pass.

Equine Work Experience

Studied level 2 and 3 equine. Where I learnt huge amounts of things , from practical tasks such as lunging , platting , bandaging . To learning about the behaviour and welfare of horses and many other things . I can confidently take TPR . Confident in equine first aid . I’ve been working on a livery yard for the past year and a half , where I have ridden a wide range of horses and developed great people skills . I studied equine at sparsholt college for 3 years . Confident hacker Can school. Confident in jumping . Confident riding all kinds of horses . Not afraid to fall of and get things wrong . I find getting things wrong is how you learn the most.

Competition Details

I mostly have experience in getting horses ready for competitions and can plat up quickly and neatly . I take into consideration the horses neck conformation when platting up for example I would I’ve a horse with a short neck a larger number of plats and a horse will a long neck a smaller amount of plats . I competed in showjumping , dressage and in hand showing at college. I have a merit in prep and present which took lots of practicing to achieve .
