After attending The British Racing school for the trail week, I was later attending regular Riding lessons at a local stables to my home address, in which my teacher mentioned attending their BHS stage 1 course to get a better understanding and more back ground knowledge about everything it takes to look after horses. I did not take the exam as this was a course just to better our knowledge. I have recently started Two open college courses in horse care and horse psychology both level 3.

I had some experience with horse when I was younger due to a family member owning horses, so I would help out and ride now and again. While I was studying for GCSEs I spent a week at the British Racing School for a trial taster course to see if working with horses/Race horses was the career for me and to see if I still had the passion for horses as I did when I was younger, I soon realised after attending the trail week this is definitely a career I want to pursue. I am currently volunteering at a local stables near my home, which I can get a reference from.
