Level 3 in equine sport at Askham Bryan college. Completed with a merit merit distinction

I have completed my BHS stage 1 and I am working towards my stage 2

Yard jobs which include mucking out, haying, feeding, sweeping, tacking up for owners to ride, putting horses on the walker and taking them off and grooming

I have worked at this showjumping yard for almost 2 years, I enjoy the challenge of caring for fit competition horses

I also work at a riding school 2 days a week, I have to role of ensuring horses are ready for lessons

I work on a showjumping and livery yard. I am used to working as part of an efficient team to ensure all jobs are done in time and to a high standard.

I have completed a level 3 course in equine sport at Askham Bryan college. During this I had to ride many different horses, including green horses and problem horses.

As part of my role at the riding school I ride some of their newer horses which aren’t schooled enough yet for a riding school
