Duties of Current Occupation
Daily support to young adults with mental health and learning difficulties. All daily living support, outings and activities. Medication. Supporting with outside professionals and families. Working both within a small team but mostly lone working.
Equine Work Experience
I have owned horses all my life until a few years ago. I have been a member of the pony club and riding clubs representing both levels in team competitions.
I have bred my own foal and previously worked at a privately owned carriage driving yard in sole lone charge of 6 ponies. For 6 years I ran my own 30 acre farm with 6 horses.
Specialities
I am hard working, reliable but relaxed and fun to work with. In my current job I am in a position of trust and hold a full clean driving licence and an up to date DBS certificate. I have my NVQ level 3 in Health and social care and was working in a senior role.
I feel my responsibilities in my current job role would transfer well to being in a sole charge/lone working role.
