Pine Ridge Dude Ranch, located in Ulster County NY, is a 150-acre resort dude ranch offering an authentic western riding experience for our guests. We are looking for an Assistant Barn Manager with a passion and extensive knowledge of horses in a western trail riding environment. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter that is capable of being a leader in the organization.
We are a small private 6 acres horse farm in Malibu, CA, that is looking for a full time live-in groom to oversee and organize the wellbeing of currently four German warmbloods and two miniature horses starting April 2020.
As for further education, I will be going to the University of Nottingham in the April 2020 to study Veterinary Medicine. As part of the process of applying I have completed almost 180 hours of work experience including time at an equine hospital. This taught me the vital signs and procedures needed for cases such as colic and lameness.
