Bio
Currently working for one of the Masters of the Berkeley Hunt in South Glos- mixed job looking after horses and helping her teenage son with low level eventing and his online school. Been working in the horse industry for four years.Qualifications
Currently training at Talland near Cirencester- doing BHS Stage 1 31/03/26- they have assessed my riding as being around Stage 3 level so planning to take Stage 2 asap and start working on Stage 3.
Duties of Current Occupation
Worked in racing for a year at Jackdaws Castle for Jonjo O’Neill, also at a livery yard in Windsor, an Eventing yard and as sole charge on a private yard with retired eventers.
Equine Work Experience
Done all types of basic yard work, also have experience in Owner’s hospitality in racing, and can confidently drive trailers and Lorrie’s up to 7.5 t. Ridden NH racehorses, hunters, low level eventers .
Type of Ride Work
Had my own low level eventers and hunted with the Worcestershire and Kimblewick and most recently the Berkeley. Did a year riding out NH racehorses, and exercised competition horses (novice eventers and 1.20 Showjumpers, Medium dressage horses) on livery. Currently exercising hunters while leading children’s ponies. Doing BHS Stage 1 in 6 weeks and planning Stage 2 in the couple of months after that. Happy to school established horses on the flat and jump 90cm at home- more out hunting!
Competition Details
Done BE 90, now acting as competition groom to a 15 yr old mildly autistic boy doing BE 80/90. Regularly get horses and ponies ready to hunt and drive/pick up from meets or wherever they end up- used to loading in random gateways in the dark!
