Equine Work Experience
I have worked on many different types of yard and enjoy producing horses and turning out to a high standard. I have done some work with broodmares foaling down and handling youngstock. I have coached pony club teams and taught at camp. I have worked in a commercial riding schools both as a freelance instructor and as yard manager/chief instructor.
Specialities
Freelance instructor, have worked a lot with people with special needs, have taught all ages from 3year olds to 80 year olds and all the stages in between. I enjoy helping people set and then achieve their goals. I have backed and started many horses, producing calm confident young horses that are ready to go forward in their career.
Type of Ride Work
I have started many young horses, generally ponies but also some . I have ridden work on point to pointers and brought horses back into work after injury or time off. I have competed BD to advanced medium, show jumped to BS 110m classes . I enjoy the trading process and believe that correct sympathetic training results in happy willing horses. to ad
Competition Details
Competed National Dressage Championship at novice level and to Advanced Medium BD . Also low level eventing, winning unaffiliated 3 day event at 90 cm. Show jumped to 110cm.
