I have just finished my a levels at school and have got a job in a school. I am looking to peruse horses during a year off, as it is a sector which I love and are very experienced in.

Our yard is run to a professional standard, with my sister and I competing our own horses and riding horses for other people. Having been brought up to do task no less than perfect, the horses have a very high standard of care. I would treat any horse with the same care. I have worked several days in a professional dressage yard.

At home I live on a yard in which we have foaled mares and handled foals. I muck out and take care of the yard everyday and make sure it is to a high standard. My main area I compete in is showing, specifically working hunter ponies in which I have produced several to national level, this requires turn out of the animal to the highest standard.

I have brought green horses, freshly broken from novices to open standard in flat work and jumping through my own schooling. I have ridden spooky stoppers all throughout my riding career, showjumping and working hunter. My father was a master of a hunt, therefore go hunting every season. In working hunter you are required to ride the horse around a spooky hunting type of course, then do a flat show, therefore I am very experienced with flat work, as well as jumping.

I have competed at the Horse of the year show and Royal International horse show in the working hunter pony which is amoungst the top ponies of my section in the uk and Ireland. I have also gone to the British show pony championships and had numerous wins there. My parents own a race horse which is successful so I am familiar with the life style of racing. I have done a few days with a professional dressage rider competing in international competitions.
