Grown up around horses. Been riding since I was 11. Have represented my local PC up to national level in eventing. Over the last few years I have been working with my own horses, 1 was a mare my mother bred and I took her through to Level 3 (Novice) dressage in training, producing 70% scores at Level 1 (Prelim). Another I adopted from the SPCA (equivalent to RSPCA here in UK) as an unstarted, unraced, untrialed TB who I started under saddle myself and produced her through to 95 eventing (training over 105 cross country and 110 show jumping). The 3rd I got as a youngster, did all the handling and started her under saddle also, a very mature natured pony that I then produced and won best performed 4 year old in the Young Event Pony competition 2025.

I am now retraining an ex-flat racer that I bought last year, he is progressing well through a rehab programe that I am working closely with his physio.

Have worked with stallions, mares, foals and other breeding and young stock. Experience working with fit competition horses (up to 4* eventing and GP dressage). Started my own horses under saddle and produced them through the grades (eventing).

I have represented my local PC in NZ up to mainland level at teams competitions up to 105cm eventing with consistent clear rounds. Produced young horses through to 95cm eventing with placings at 80cm. Produced other green horses for jumping with consistent clear results up to 105cm.

I am yet to do much competition in the UK myself. I have had my ex-racer (that I have here in the UK) to a training Show Jumping show.
