Riding livery, riding school horses and competition horses. Ground work including lunging, trot up and general ground manners. Owner of ex-racehorse whom I am rehabilitating and bringing back in to work, currently jumping 85/110.

I have worked for 4 years on private yard at the weekends and school holidays with 7 horses doing general yard duties and keeping up with their fitness regime. During lockdown I assisted most days with turning out, feeding and yard duties, exercising and preparing feeds due to owner being an NHS nurse. I have 6 months full time work experience with SD Sports Horses handling youngsters, foals, broodmares and also assisting with backing and breaking in 3 year olds.
I have experience in all aspects of horse management and am confident around fit, strong competition horses as well as young horses. I am punctual, hardworking and enjoy all aspects of yard management, whatever the weather.

Working with foals, broodmares, youngsters and competition horses. I have supervised younger staff members. I pride myself on keeping the yard to a high standard and used to working in all weathers I enjoy showjumping and XC as well as groundwork and hacking out. I have assisted with backing yearlings

I have experience with problem horses, green horses and youngsters which I have done flat work and jumping including livery and riding school with. I have experience backing and breaking horses. I have owned my own ex-racehorse for 6 months and I have worked on his fitness and nutrition to bring him up to higher standard of show jumping which I have found very interesting and am enjoying his progress back into work and now jumping 85/90.

I have competed in show jumping as well as assisted in organisation of shows. I have worked for 6 months with SD Sports Horses where I was accompanying both another groom and rider, ensuring the horses are looking their best, tacking up and ensuring they are ready to compete. I was also responsible for maintaining the yard to a 5* standard.
