Duties of Current Occupation
Feed preparation/specialised diets, turning out/in, mucking out, riding, backing, daily am-pm care, first aid, youngstock, stallions, show preparation, lorry up keep, riding school, field management, yard management
Equine Work Experience
From a young age of 4 I have been fortunate enough to be around horses then owning my own from 8 which was a 4 year old. I have been fortunate enough to have a variety of ponies to horses.
Specialities
I have worked with foals and young stock. I have managed a team and also proven to be a happy and successful given the morale of the team and happiness of the horses. High turn out is always expected on a daily basis which then extended into show preparation
Type of Ride Work
I have mainly ridden showjumping/event horses. I have also lightly backed young race horses.
Competition Details
I have, I have also enjoyed the pressure and the early mornings. Much like a horse I like the sense of routine. I like to think I push my limits so the horse and rider shine. I have competed I had a trainer when younger who saw great potential, a long distance house move and exams unfortunately effected this.
