Equine Work Experience
I studied at Aberystwyth University to achieve both BSc and MSc Equine Science degrees. Modules studied include Advanced Equine Nutrition, Exercise Physiology and Anatomy and Behaviour. I am keen to learn new things and develop my skills. I have gained a wealth of experience in the equine industry and am always interested in learning about different and new aspects of the industry. I am experienced in riding a variety of horses, my own and other people’s horses, including green horses and advanced/experienced competition horses I have worked on several yards, including riding schools, stud farms and a competition and livery yard; experience in horse ownership, teaching, cross country fence judging and showing experience. I also compete in dressage and show jumping, hoping to event soon; and am experienced in stable management, equine care and preparing horses for shows and competitions. I also regularly ride with the local hunt on my own horse.
Type of Ride Work
I am a confident rider, happy to ride in any discipline; and have ridden a wide variety of horses/ponies, from assisting in the breaking in process, riding freshly backed horses to exercising competition horses and hunting; and I am confident in both hacking and schooling also.

Limited/low level competition experience due to bringing on/producing my horse at university. Up to Novice Dressage (Unaffiliated) BD MyQuest Prelim 70cm Showjumping (Unaffiliated)
