Looking for the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing achievements of a supportive and collaborative team with a progressive equestrian program for summer circuit and WEF 2025 with a focus on long-term success. Will provide cover letter/professional resume/equestrian resume/professional references, including pictures and videos upon request.
I am a 20 year USEF/USHJA professional with a long resume of training riders and horses from the most beginner local level to showing at the biggest A shows and taking clients to Florida and qualifying for indoors. I’ve done everything from breaking untouched 10 year old horses for pleasure to training winners of state medal finals and ribbon winners at USEF pony finals and Indoors. Currently located in the research triangle (Raleigh) of North Carolina but willing to relocate for the right fit.
A mature and reliable individual with transferrable skills and a varied work experience, seeks a temp role to complete Ride Safe & general riding. Opportunity to ride out/develop in-hand work welomed. Home counties preferred.
Eager rider and former horse owner looking for work in the Southeast Florida area/ West Palm. I have been around horses my entire childhood and am looking to gain experience in the equine industry now that I am older. I am a quick learner, easily able to adapt, and have a natural passion for horses.
I have no formal qualifications.
I have been around and on horses since before I could walk, consequently I have a wide spectrum of knowledge. I have spent time; in riding schools, at pony club, on polo pitches, out with the hunt, with a jousting and trick riding team, and, on 5 hour hacks on my own.
3 years ago, I bought a 7 year old TB, that no one had done anything with for about 2 and a half years. Over the span of 4- 5 months I had him back under saddle and competing in equitation, which we won. I have since competed in a couple of show jumping events doing incredibly well, considering the lack of facilities I have in order to progress him. I can and do often ride my TB in just a rope halter when warming up or on a hack.
Currently I am riding every other day. A usual ride for me starts of with a bit of lunging or liberty depending on what I feel like doing. Then I move on to flat work and a bit of dressage training. Once my horse has warmed up then I do some pole work and start to integrate some small jumps up to about 60 cm, (I don't have the facility to put them up any higher). At this point we are usually at the 45 min to an hour mark, and I will usually then go on a hour to an hour an a half long hack.
I only started competing in 2017, as up until the my riding was irregular with many different horses.
The only Competitions I have competed in were at Reaseheath College, as I do not have a trailer, and it is the only place within riding distance, being only a 40 min walk away.

Equitation -1st, 2nd
Riding / hunter class - 5th, 5th, 6th
