I have dealt with day to day duties of a professional Equestrian Centre as well as adminsitration of medicines, supporting treatments, administrative tasks, assistant management roles whilst providing a high level of customer service at all times.

I left school to join Aberconwy Equestrian in June 2017. I moved on in 2019 but have missed working in the industry hence seeking re-employment to develop a long-term equestrian career. I have my own mare which I have brought on significantly since we first met.
My duties at Aberconwy included: Turn out, bring in, feed and exercise livery and school horses - bath, groom & clip horses - clean stables & holding areas - examine horses, detecting injuries/ailments, administering medication when required including the collection of faeces & urine for examination and analysis - support the Yard Manager & covering the role when required - managing & planning summer school activities, supervising staff - maintaining cleanliness and presentation of yard, tack room and equipment - delivering a high level of customer service, cash handling and administrative tasks - address customer enquiries, provide product information, listen to & resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.

I am a calm and confident rider with a willingness to learn and develop at every opportunity. I am happy working in all disciplines from flatwork and polework to dressage, show jumping, cross country. As well as experience of riding school ponies, I have also had the experience of riding those not familiar to me or with behavioural difficulties. I have my own 14.2hh mare who is very forward and excitable. I have ridden all terrains from open farm land, road, indoor and outdoor arenas.

I have competed at BD up to preliminary and show jumping at 1m at local events - progression has been very dependent on the horses ability and through no fear or ambition of the rider.
