I myself have previously competed up to BE Novice, as well as this I have worked for Olympic eventer for 4 seasons, which involved care and exercising the horses which included hacking, flat work, lunging and jumping under their instruction, which was extremely beneficial. During this job I also got the opportunity to go to multiple national shows.

I have spent the past 2 years working for a showjumping GB Young rider. My role within this job was competition groom, both at national and internationally. This role also involved the general care and exercise of the horses as well as the competition turn out and attention to detail as well as the after care of competing.

Working with the horses alongside top-level athletes has shown my true determination, time efficiency and attention to detail turning the horses out to best of my ability, as well as being able to communicate with the rider and members of the team with regards to the horses welfare during competitions and organising appointments and deliveries at the yard.

I have backed and ridden on 2 horses of my own. I have previously ridden all sorts of horses in previously yards, from youngster starting their careers to top level event and showjumping horses that are fit. I have previously evented myself and have also ridden on the flat and jumping under instruction of olympic level riders.

I have spent the past 2 years as a full time competition groom, nationally and international as well as grooming on the youth nations cup this year.
