Equine Work Experience

I have had 11 years of experience with horses and I’ve done everything that you require. I have always treated horses I see as I would treat my own. I have also clipped many unusual designs onto my own horses which I enjoy to do. I have worked on the yard doing stables , feeding horses, working them, taking them in and out from the fields.

Specialities

I have worked with a stallion at the age of 12 up until he left the yard and I also used to compete with him . I used to walk him around all the time and was very cautious of surroundings. I haven’t had a large amount of foal and broodmare experience as the yard manager deals with them, but I have always wanted to learn how to work with them. I have also worked on the yard and I always make sure every stable is up to standard and tidy as it can be Currently own a 4 year old to train

Type of Ride Work

I have ridden all kinds of horses of all different heights and never once have I refused to get onto anything even once they have thrown me off I am always determined to get straight back on with no fuss. My main Discipline is showjumping which I have done for 10 years. But mainly unaffiliated as a child. I do the occasional dressage, working hunter and cross country. I have broken in a couple of ponies and found it a really great experience and was great to work with all kinds of horses

Competition Details

I have competed BS and NSEA also unaffiliated dressage and also the occasional working hunter and cross country. I haven’t worked with a competition yard as of yet but I am wanting to as it would be a great experience. But was a groom for a rider who did international
