Duties of Current Occupation
Studying a level 3 in equine management. Also doing work experience at a riding school and livery yard.
Equine Work Experience
I am in my 2nd year studying level 3 equine management at Brackenhurst college. I am doing work experience at a riding school doing general yard work, helping in lessons and also teaching stable management lessons.
Type of Ride Work
I can confidently walk, trot and canter with and without stirrups. I'm confident with school movements and some lateral work exercised e.g. leg yield and shoulder in. I am also capable of working to the 7 scales of training. Regarding jumping, I have confidently jumped a course of 90cm but single jumps up to 1m10. I would love to try cross country but have never had the chance to unfortunately
