Duties of Current Occupation
Mucking out, bringing in and turning out horses, making feeds, working horses from the ground and occasional riding.
Equine Work Experience
I have been around horses for 12 years, the past 2 years I have been working on a large livery yard. The owner also breeds dressage horses, which has helped me learn about handing young stock and brood mares. The livery yard has a range of different horses from happy hackers to competition horses.
Specialities
Over the past 2 years I have gained experience handling youngstock and broodmares.
Type of Ride Work
I've been riding since I was 8 years old, I am happy to flat work and hack out. Jumping is not my strong point but I am happy to do so with someone on the ground.
I have ridden a wide range of horses from warmnloods to cobs, and I'm happy to ride anything.
