We are a family run small ranch in the Catskills of NY. We are seeking a full time, take charge, riding instructor. We teach mostly beginners, a few more advanced. We offer trail rides and the Scout merit badges. The candidate must be willing to help out with all ranch chores. We can offer housing.

Pine Ridge Dude Ranch, located in Ulster County NY, is a 150-acre resort dude ranch offering an authentic western riding experience for our guests. We are looking for an Assistant Barn Manager with a passion and extensive knowledge of horses in a western trail riding environment. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter that is capable of being a leader in the organization.

I started work at a local riding school , helping muck out for exchange for riding lesson. I then moved on to riding a bit for a small local event yard. British racing school where I then completed a 9 week course to learn the racing trade. I spent 11 months at my first racing yard of about 25. Horses until I moved to my new yard of 76 racehorses in training.
I believe I have a very strong drive to work and do the best I can, this along my love and passion for horses makes work much more enjoyable. I’m fun and bubbly and looking for a place to meet amazing people and gain more experience.
