I’m qualified in dressage training and teaching to Grand Prix level and jumping training / teaching. I also have an equine science degree and barn managing . My schooling in Germany was very tuff but I learned a lot . I’m 47 years old now and moved to the US in 1999 managing 2 barns and teaching and training. I know this is a lifestyle not a job. I always put the horses first.

BHS Stage 1
Help maintain the smooth running of the yard. Liaise with liveries, farriers, vets, physios & clients. General yard chores (mucking out, turn out).Grooming, plaiting and clipping & preparing horses to participate in stage exams. Paddock maintenance
Youngstock experience on a small private yard. Sole charge of PSG and Grand Prix horses. Four years working on a busy yard (30+ horses) Sought out for yard cover. Have rehabilitated my own horse from kissing spine surgery, who is riding away better than ever, with the end goal to compete at Advanced Medium. Started to teach intermediate children’s lessons ready for me to take teaching exam (put on hold due to COVID)
