Bio
I worked with racehorses from 2004-2011. I spent the summer of 2025 as a pony trek leader in the highlands of Scotland and I loved working with clients of ages and abilities. I am also a qualified snowboard instructor.Qualifications

Duties of Current Occupation
I worked for the summer season as trek leader at Glenshiel Highland Pony Trekking Centre, riding, looking after the horses, tacking up, organising and leading treks, maintenance work. Since September I have worked temporarily at a livery yard.
Equine Work Experience
Pony trek leader in the Highlands of Scotland. Seven years working as an apprentice jockey and work rider, including breaking-in and riding young race horses. Also riding our own and other horses since I was a child.

I have ridden flat racing horses and steeple chasers. Also trekking ponies, hunters, and cobs. Also breaking and backing young horses.
Competition Details
I won my first ever race in public (at Pontefract) as an apprentice jockey! (And subsequently others too.)
