Unfortunately, I was unable to complete my final assessments due to the need to travel abroad following a family bereavement. Despite not receiving the formal qualification, the year provided me with a strong foundation in stable management, horse welfare, and daily care, which I have since built on through extensive hands-on experience.

I also gained high-level professional experience at a top showjumping yard, where I was involved in daily care, grooming, exercise, and preparation of competition horses, while observing and learning from elite riders and trainers. Additionally, I worked at riding schools, managing day-to-day stable duties, preparing horses for lessons, and assisting with teaching beginners. Across these roles, I have built a well-rounded foundation in horse management, teamwork, and communication, alongside a deep understanding of equine welfare and performance.

I have also enjoyed extensive time on trails, hacks, fun rides, and gallops, which has developed my adaptability and confidence with different horses and environments. This variety of ridden work has strengthened my balance, technique, and understanding, while allowing me to build both competitive and leisure riding skills.
