Equine Work Experience
I have been around horses from a very young age, I currently own an ex-racer who I bought as a 4 year old and produced.
I previously worked at Penshaw equestrian centre and in that time I carried out day-to-day tasks as well as schooling on and maintaining horses fitness, wether it be school horses or clients/liveries horses.
I have also helped with taking care of mares in foal and been apart of backing and riding away youngsters.
I am used of the hustle and bustle of busy working yards.
Type of Ride Work
My interest is in eventing. I have ridden a variety of horses, I am confident in my abilities to be able to quietly adapt to the horse’s needs but I am ever looking to improve and expand on my knowledge in training and help improve the horse’s way of going.
