I have a level 3 diploma in equine management (waiting on my grades which I receive in august)

At college we are split into groups and take it in turns every 4 weeks to take charge of a yard in the role of yard manager, we have to make sure that all the horses are being done properly and the yard is done to a high standard in an efficient way.

I have worked in professional environments before l. I worked at an eventing yard one summer and spend nearly a year at a riding school on top of working at my mums stud farm. I have handling stallions all my life and I am now riding our family stallions who does cover.

I have worked with foals, stallions and broodmares all my life, I have grown up on a family run stud farm where I helped out with all the stud duties e.g. covering, foaling etc I have experience leading a team as stated in my profile every 4 weeks I take turns to manage my own yard and get a feel of what used manager would be like. I can muck out efficiently and to a higher standard.

I have worked with a variety of horses, old and young. I have helped break in horses and help out with problematic horses.

I have competed at county level showing as well as affiliates showjumping. I can turn horses out to a high standard. I have worked on an eve ring yard for a summer and got a feel of what it would be like on a competition yard.
