when working i serve customers food and make drinks, 1 day a week I also run my own shift and cook on that day. i have worked as a volunteer in a local riding school for around 5 years and have been around horses since the age of 3

I started riding at the age of 3 in a riding school as my grandparents had shares in racehorses and I wanted to be involved. I stayed at that riding school until the age of 16 when I purchased my own horse as I was ready for the next step. Before that I would work at the stables at the weekends when i would get the required horses from the field, groom them and tack them up. I would also sometimes assist in lessons and take leads through the woods. My first horse was mis-sold to me this then meant we had work from the beginning with her, I did this with help from Marcelle Tattersall who is my yard owner/trainer. We then sold this pony and she is now at Talland Equestrian School. My horse after that was a 15.1 trotter/pacer who needed bring back into work, I worked with him for 1 1/2 years and we’re jumping 1m10 at home. Until unfortunately he was lame and as I had him on loan he returned to the owner.I have since been working in a cafe, but am wanting to get back into equine work

know how to tack up, lunge and confidently ride I am clean and tidy and will finish a job to the best of my ability

I can walk, trot, and canter confidently. Have some experience with fresh and naughty ponies. Have jumped up to 1m10 And have assisted in re breaking a youngster
