I'm a dedicated and hardworking equestrian based in Chelmsford with a passion for producing happy, confident horses. I pride myself on being patient, reliable and adapting my riding to suit each individual horse.

Equine Work Experience

Competing at 1.10m with experience with a 3★ event rider and private competition yards, ARU Writtle Equine Academy and backing young horses.

Specialities

Riding and schooling a variety of horses, including competition, young and more challenging horses. Exercising horses on the flat, hacking and maintaining fitness programmes. Assisting with the backing and education of young horses. Full daily yard duties, including mucking out, feeding, grooming, turning out and bringing in. Tacking up, washing off, clipping and general horse care. Preparing horses for competitions and training. Providing sole charge holiday and yard cover.

Type of Ride Work

Confident riding a wide variety of horses, including young, competition and more challenging horses. Experienced in backing horses, flatwork, schooling, hacking, fitness work and showjumping. I currently compete my own horse at 1.10m and have also competed in low-level dressage. I adapt my riding to suit each horse's individual needs, whether maintaining fitness, improving education or building confidence.
