Bio
Hi, I’m Meadow, I have been in the equine industry since I was 5 years old and always knew this was my passion. I am a hardworking and reliable individual with a strong passion for horse care and equine welfare.Duties of Current Occupation
I have 3 years experience working as a groom at a busy livery yard and riding school with over 60 horses. I am experienced in all yard duties and always provide a high level of care to the horses.
Equine Work Experience
I am confident handling and riding horses of all types, I have produced my own since the age of 14 and I am currently producing my own showjumper up in British showjumping aiming to move up the levels together.
Specialities
I have experience leading hacks, helping young children begin their riding journey alongside a trainer, I also have experienced and helped out rehabilitation for a number of different issues from ligament damage to internal ulcers and more. Asides from the equine world I also have great people skills and pride myself in my care for everybody as an individual !
Type of Ride Work
I have experience from riding school horses to sport horses and everything in between. I have personally taken a liking yo showjumping, which is where I have put a lot of my focus into. I also appreciate the importance of correct schooling, groundwork and hacking for keeping a horse thinking and feeling great.
Competition Details
I have both competed and worked at a competition yard taking sole care of 20 the horses daily and most recently spent a few months freelancing for a small variety of different yards.
