Equine Work Experience
I grew up around horses and completed three years of training at Chelmsford Equestrian Centre, where I developed solid practical skills including mucking out, turning out and bringing in, feeding, rug changing, tack cleaning, exercising horses, and maintaining a clean, safe yard environment. I also hold Association of British Riding School qualifications, which strengthened my understanding of horse handling, yard management, and welfare standards.
Alongside my equestrian background, I have built a strong professional career in property and administrative roles. This has made me highly organised, punctual, and dependable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly and efficiently in busy environments. I bring this same level of responsibility and attention to detail into yard work, ensuring horses are cared for consistently and routines are followed accurately.
I have also volunteered at Remus Horse Sanctuary.
