I have completed a HNC in Social Sciences to which I gained an A. I am also about to finish my final year at University doing Social Sciences. Alongside both courses I have always pursued my hobby of horse riding but I would love to turn this hobby into a lifelong occupation and I feel like this position would be perfect to get me started.

Working here I have further developed my customer service skills, my ability to work well as part of a team and working well under pressure. I pride myself in the friendly, professional interactions I have with customers.

Horse riding has been my number one passion ever since I was a young child. My lifelong dream has been to work with horses. I have experience volunteering in several stables and veterinary practices throughout my life, near to my hometown. During my experience at the stables my duties involved mucking out, tacking, grooming and exercising. I would also help out at kids parties, taking them round the stables to meet the horses and taking them round the paddock for a walk and trot.

During my experience volunteering in my local stables I ensured to muck out to a high standard. I also ensured to keep the yard tidy, cleaning as I go. I have worked as a supervisor in a fast paced environment during my time at Bibble. Here, I worked as part of a team and coped exceptionally well with highly stressful situations due to how busy the store was. I was in charge of training new starts and getting them to a high level within the company. I thoroughly enjoyed leading this team.

My lifelong friend has two horses so I have been lucky enough to gain more experience exercising his horses. One of his horses was considered a green horse, with no formal training but I felt confident enough to try my best. I have also ridden young horses in the past. I have experience in flat work and jumping.

I have never competed but I have gone to several show jumping competitions to observe and see the way that It is run.
