Overseeing daily yard operations, exercising and schooling horses, managing feeding and health checks, delivering high-standard grooming and show prep, maintaining facilities, supporting professionals, and providing reliable sole-charge cover.

Equine Work Experience

I have extensive grooming experience across competition, private and riding-school environments.This includes advanced skills in clipping, plaiting, bandaging, travel/competition groom, first-aid and maintaining high standards of turnout and daily care. I am confident handling a wide range of horses, from young and green to fit competition types, always maintaining a calm, safe and professional approach. My riding and exercising experience includes flatwork, polework, schooling, hacking, jumping/cross-country and lunging to a high standard. I am fully competent in daily yard duties such as mucking out, turnout, managing feeds, monitoring health and keeping facilities organised and efficient. I work confidently in both team and sole-charge situations and communicate clearly to support smooth yard routines. My background in equestrian sport, combined with ongoing professional training, allows me to adapt quickly and maintain a reliable, welfare-focused approach in busy yard settings.
