I have been working in the equestrian sector for 3 years, starting out as a Saturday groom and then doing a BHS stage 2/3 groom and Stage 2 teach apprenticeship for 2 years, I completed this in October 2020. I currently teach on a riding school. Before this I volunteered at my local schools, as-well as loaning a few ponies

I have worked on busy riding schools, so can be quick and efficient. I work to a high standard, keeping everything tidy and safe. I’m a good team player and can take on any role in a team. I work on teaching clients in a patient and confidence giving manner, working at a pace that suits them. I have also worked with other animals, so have a bit of experience with them.

I’ve ridden a range of horses, generally on the flat, jumping and hacking. I have worked with a few green horses, helping them to develop their skills in place for the riding school.
