Current BHS Stage 3 Complete Student.

All yard/field duties, flatwork and jumping.

In charge of up to 7 horses per day, muck and skip out, hay, feed, turnout/bring in, and general care alerting manager to any abnormalities. Ride twice daily.

Experience with rehabilitation, barefoot care and holistic methods of working with horses. I have ridden since I was 8, but really began to 'learn' when I joined Talland. I love working on the yard (yes, even mucking out - I'm quite particular with my beds!) and have discovered a new passion for jumping! I really enjoy formation riding and am keen to try more disciplines. I haven't competed before (my own horse is out of action) but would love to start and possibly explore eventing. I'm looking forward to XC and working up through lateral movements in dressage.

Managed teams in non-equestrian environments (fire and ambulance control rooms). Have taught lessons to children and adults. Spent a lot of time on holistic care methods for my own horse and prefer a horse first approach. I've spent a lot of time with my horse rehabbing using lunging and long-lining and I find I have a knack for it.
