I have 12 GCSEs (9 A's, 2B's, and a C) and three A levels in Chemistry, Biology and Maths.

I am in the final weeks of studying for a BSc (Hons) in Bioveterinary Science at Hartpury University.

I started riding aged 9 and worked at my local riding school from age 12 to age 14. I got my own horse at age 13, as an ex-trotting racer she was definitely a project as she was not well schooled. I worked hard with my instructor and ended up scoring 73% on our first dressage test, earning first place- we have since been enjoying competing in local show jumping and eventing regularly.

While living in Gloucestershire for university I have loaned another standardbred horse who was also green and have assisted his owner in schooling and exercising.

I have worked at livery yards in the past, and have experience with routine tasks such as field maintenance, worming, assisting farriers, dentists, and vets.

I have completed work experience placements at equine veterinary hospitals as well as livery and hydrotherapy centres.

I am 22 years old and am in my final weeks of studying BSc Bioveterinary Science at Hartpury University. I have a hardworking and driven personality, as shown by my commitment to gaining a place at university, having completed over 40 weeks of unpaid work experience in veterinary and animal therapy / care settings. I have worked with children in many jobs in the past and have found it extremely rewarding and enjoyable.

I have experience lunging and schooling green horses as well as competing at low level shows in showing, dressage, show jumping, and cross country.
