BHS Stage 3 in Riding and Care. Level 3 Extended Diploma Horse Management (Stud). FdSc Equine Veterinary Nursing Degree.

Duties of Current Occupation
I currently run a small schooling livery and dog boarding facility from home, however, due to personal circumstances we are having to sell the property. Hence the search for a Live-In job.
Equine Work Experience
Spent 6 months working with Chris Burton and his horses to help set up a brand new Therapy Centre.
Ran my own small schooling/backing/DIY livery from home.
Carried out work experience on The National Stud, Hartpury Therapy Centre and Ivy Lodge Farm Equine Rehab.
2 years experience working at B&W Equine Vets as a veterinary nurse.
Specialities
I am not afraid of hard work, I like to keep things very tidy and organised and I always aim to complete tasks as efficiently as possible.
I have previously bought unbroken horses and trained them up to successfully compete at BE100 level.
During my Diploma- Horse Management in Stud, I gained experience working with stallions, foals and broodmares.
I have an Equine Veterinary Nursing degree and previously worked at B&W Equine Vets.
Type of Ride Work
Lots of ridden experience with young, green and problem horses. Have always owned horses and competed up to BE100 level. Also competed in team chasing and unaffiliated dressage. I am a calm, firm rider and strongly believe in positive reinforcement when it comes to ridden and ground work.
