I am currently responsible for the day to day running of the Laboratory within an Equine clinic where I carry out all testing & analysis on patients.

I used to be a member of Bennachie Pony Club up until I was 17 years old. From there, I have competed up to BE 90, then focused on dressage, which I currently compete up to BD Medium level.

I have worked on numerous dressage and livery yards, where I have ridden a range of Prelim-PSG level horses, post broken youngsters and Stallions. One yard was Harry Payne's dressage yard, where I carried out general yard work and exercised his horses. Another was when I went to a dressage yard in California, where I rode about 10 horses in the day and travelled to training and competitions as the groom and warmed the horses up in course walks.

In my current job I handle mare and foals, stallions, racehorse, top eventers and dressage horses when they are in a very stressful environment and in discomfort.

I have competed in all disciplines of horse riding throughout my life, especially dressage which brings out my determination and knowledge of horse riding. I have competed regularly at British Dressage levels, which provides me with the ability to compete in competitions individually and as a team player.

I enjoy any equine discipline, but most of my experience is in dressage. I get on any horse no matter the ability or temperament, as the more variation the greater the learning and experience I gain.

I have been competing in national dressage competitions for the past 6 years, such as Blue Chip Winter Regionals and Championship, Sheepgate Under 25's, Petplan Area Festival and Home Internationals. I have also qualified for few championships in my Eventing days.
