Looking for a job preferably in southern England. I'm very hardworking, dependable, conscientious and a quick learner. Currently working at a riding school as an instructor for children (ages 8-16). Been working with young horses and competed myself at a smaller lever (up to 100cm). Experience as a showjumping groom at international level. I also have stable work experience. I have been training with both dressage trainers and jumping trainers with my horse for competitions a few years ago.
I do the horse stuff and Chris my husbands does all repairs and upkeep. We have been together for 16 years. We work great together.
I have 18 years of experience in the Hunter/Jumper discipline with a strong foundation in Dressage. Working with horses is more than just my passion, it’s my commitment and dream.
Currently working on a professional 5* Eventing Yard.

Volunteer from 2017 onwards ▪ An interest of mine is horse riding and I volunteer whenever I can at my local stables; Asti Equestrian Centre. Whilst volunteering here, I have had a hands-on experience with the horses. I have continually been involved in the rehabilitation and training of horses based at Asti Equestrian Centre. ▪ I can observe an animal’s physical condition to detect illness or unhealthy conditions requiring medical care, as well as train horses or other equines for riding or show work using knowledge of breed characteristics, training methods and performance standards. Likewise, I am experienced in the use of oral, spurs, rein and/or hand commands to condition horses to carry riders. I’ve re-trained horses to break bad habits, such as kicking, bolting and resisting bridling or grooming. I regularly use my initiative and use down-time to muck out stables, check the efficiency of equipment ensuring damage is not present, and ensure horses are hydrated, fed and exercise
